- Returns & Replacements
- All damages / discrepancies must be notified within 7 days. If you need to return mis-ordered products for credit, they must be in saleable condition, with no stickers and all packaging & contents fully intact and undamaged. If the error is ours, we will arrange for return of goods.
- Ordering
- You can use the Quick Order system or Browse via Brands; You will receive a confirmation email once you have placed your order.
- Payment, Pricing & Promotions
- Prices are subject to fluctuation without notice, in line with price variations from our suppliers. Please mark up from invoices not from the price on this web ordering system.
- We may require payment before despatch. Please email us a remittance advice once payment has been made to expedite despatch of goods.
- For those customers who do pay after receipt of goods, our maximum terms are 28 days from date of invoice. If your account is outside these terms, further orders will not be despatched until payment has been made.
